A METHOD OF PREPARING:

To prepare a 42 Vital meal, dissolve 3 heaped scoops of powder (69 g) in 400 ml of warm water (juice or milk), stirring vigorously with a spoon or shaker. The resulting creamy drink can be drunk immediately or wait a few minutes until it thickens so that it can be eaten.

By increasing or decreasing the amount of fluid, you can adjust the density of the meal.

BANANA COCKTAIL

250ml skim milk 1.5%, 1 fresh banana, 100 ml mineral water, 3 scoops 42 Vital

Mix the banana with water, add 42 Vital and mix thoroughly.
FRESH TOMATO DRINK

250 ml tomato juice, 100 ml water, 2 scoops 42 Vital, possibly salt and pepper for seasoning

HERBAL MIX

250 g lean cheese with herbs, 150 ml water, 3 scoops of 42 Vital

10 SLIMMING RULES

For the weight loss process to be effective and lasting, you must follow the rules:

Eat 5 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Lunch, Tea, Dinner) every 3 hours. The most important is breakfast !!! Do not allow hunger!
Minimize sweets and sugar. Fruit and vegetables are sweet too, and you can eat them!
