amazing. i have been using it for a month now. i found it very helpful with the pain in my knees

I have been using this for 3-4 weeks now and I suffer from from rheumatoid arthritis as well as a worn hip. In the mornings I would feel stiff specially my legs and took about 5 minutes to get out of bed.
After using the oil for 2 weeks I was able to pretty much get out of bed straight away the stiffness has been greatly reduced.
My normal day to day activities have also been made easier as the stiffness is reduced.
It is recommended to take 5ml twice a day, but I use it at night before bed. I am going to increase it to twice a day soon.
I find it easier to have with a little milk (pour a couple of sips in a glass and add the oil don’t stir as it sits on top anyway- down it like a shot in one gulp).
I will carry on using this product it has definitely benifited me and being 32 of age its improved my lifestlye a lot.
Just an update I stopped using this product for about a month and my stiffness and aches started again so it does help a lot it’s not just a placebo!!
