Antifungal diet, or how to get rid of candida

Antifungal diet, or how to get rid of candida

Antifungal diet (candida) is designed to prevent the development and spread of the fungus by starving it, rebuilding and supporting the body’s immunity, and rebuilding the intestinal microflora.
Antibiotic therapy will help for a while. After completing the treatment, the mushroom needs 2-3 weeks to dominate again. Every antibiotic resets immunity because by killing bad bacteria, it kills the good ones, and the fungus loves such situations. For him it is a perfect environment for development.
The statement “starvation” sounded terrible, I suppose, but it is so. The mushroom, like every living organism, needs nutrition to be able to live. It is mainly nourished by sugar, so to starve the mushroom, you must give up sugar first of all

Principles of antifungal diet
Antifungal diet is a difficult diet and its degree depends on the severity of the fungus.
People with systemic mycosis must be aware of the seriousness of the situation and be aware that only a strict diet will help get rid of this trash.
Having systemic mycosis, you go to war with a very unequal opponent.
Since starting treatment, fungal spores can circulate in the blood for 2-3 years, so
Antifungal diet in systemic mycosis should last just that long. It’s not like you have to renounce everything for 3 years. Treatment of systemic mycosis is stages and individual foods should be included gradually.
If you only have a problem with disturbed bacterial flora and a small overgrowth of Candida, a strict antifungal diet should last 1-2 months, after which you can start introducing new products gradually. Sweets, however, only after half a year.

Rules:

The Candida feeds on all debris, so we need to reduce the calorie content of the diet. Do not overeat. Any greed is out of the question. I recommend just over PPM. We need to eat regularly, small meals.
This diet significantly loses weight. In addition, it removes toxins, so at the initial stage acne, rash on the body, headaches, muscle aches may appear.
You should drink a lot of water, which helps get rid of toxins.
We do not fry, bake or fry. We steam or cook a little water.
With candida, the intestines are very irritated, so food must be easily digestible.
We eat no more than 15% of protein because undigested protein residues remain in the intestines and undergo fermentation. Protein is always combined with a lot of vegetables.
In a strict antifungal diet, we eat meat / fish with vegetables or carbohydrates with vegetables. We do not combine vegetables with meat and carbohydrates. But only in a very strict diet. You can do it at a later stage. However, even if we eat bread with cured meat once a day in a strict diet, nothing great will happen either. The sausage is light and we do not eat large amounts of it.
Every day we enrich the diet with probiotics tablets. We choose those with the largest amount of bacteria.
We eat the least processed products. HERE you have everything you can’t eat. As for sauerkraut, which in the previous post aroused so much controversy, then you can eat one that you are 100% sure that it was pickled without boosters. If someone is at home, by all means. Unfortunately, many farmers add cabbage yeast to speed up the fermentation process. You can’t eat such cabbage with Candida.

So what to eat slowly ?

The basis of the candida are vegetables, which thanks to the content of vitamins and minerals support the immune system. They also contain fiber, which is the first medium for growing acidophilic bacteria in the large intestine, and secondly cleanses the intestines of toxins produced by the fungus.

Without restrictions you can eat lettuce, leeks, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, celery (and root and cut), parsley, asparagus, radish, turnip, radish, zucchini, eggplant, pumpkin, beets, fennel, spinach, green beans, olives, peppers (roasted, without skin), all herbs.
The royal pair are onions and garlic due to their bactericidal and fungicidal properties. Garlic works by blocking glucose access to the inside of the fungal cells, i.e. starving it.
Onions and garlic also contain oligosaccharides, which are nutrients for acidophilic bacteria.
Fresh tomatoes can be used in small quantities, but at a later stage (people with a slight hypertrophy of candidiasis after 2 months, people with systemic mycosis after 4 months).
You can process processed tomatoes right away.
Carrots are only steamed due to the high starch content. If we cook steamed carrots, the starch contained in it as a result of the retrogradation process (transformation of the spiral into a linear form) will become so-called. resistant starch. And resistant starch is resistant to the action of digestive enzymes, therefore it is not digested into glucose and absorbed in the small intestine. Like fiber, it passes into the large intestine to ferment with the help of microflora, fill the intestine, improve peristalsis, collect what it needs and help remove.
In addition, resistant starch, like fiber, lowers colon pH and cholesterol.
I recommend steaming all vegetables in the antifungal diet.
It is worth drinking vegetable juices. Beet juice is great because the glutamine-L contained in it affects the healing of the intestinal walls.

Omega 3 fatty acids are another filter of the antifungal diet because they reduce the concentration of pro-inflammatory derivatives, support the immune system and regenerate. Omega 3 contains linolenic acid from which arachidonic acid is formed in the liver, which is the building block of cell membranes together with the protein.
Candida degrades cells, so Omega 3 deserves special consideration.
Eat should be: linseed oil, unrefined rapeseed oil, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed, almonds, sesame, fish, linseed, avocado.
With dairy products you can:

yoghurts, but only those containing bacteria e.g. Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium Infantis. Only such bacteria will survive the hydrochloric acid barrier. If the yogurt says “contains yogurt bacteria” then this yogurt is useless. None of these “yogurt bacteria” will survive in the stomach.
    eggs
    sheep’s or goat’s milk
    Almond milk

Only complex carbohydrates with a high fiber content.
Buckwheat, millet, brown rice, dark pasta, pearl barley, bran, sourdough rye bread, amaranth, quinoa are allowed.
I especially recommend amaranth due to the content of wonderfully detoxifying squalene. Squalene is a real cleansing bomb.

From fruit:
In the acute phase: lemons and grapefruits.
In the next stage, limes, apples and oranges.

With meat:
* poultry, beef,
* sausages only from a reliable source (they cannot contain chemical additives or sugar in the composition).

liquids:
* red tea, all herbal, only high-grade alcohol, water, fresh vegetable juices.

For people with systemic mycosis, I personally recommend a gluten-free diet for the first 3-4 months. Someone might say that this is not necessary if you do not have gluten intolerance. Yes, but it speeds up the treatment significantly.
So I think it’s worth it.
Sample breakfast:

    soft-boiled eggs
    rye sourdough or gluten-free bread
bread pesto (basil, garlic, olive oil, almonds, salt)
Grapefruit salad cut into cubes, mixed with bran
    or
millet on almond milk with almond flakes

And Snack:

    carrot and beetroot juice
    or
Grapefruit salad with almond flakes and expanded amaranth or quinoa

II snack:

Natural yogurt with millet flakes, sunflower seeds and basil leaves

Dinner:

steamed cod sprinkled with dill, salt and sprinkled with lemon juice served with roasted zucchini slices and steamed carrots. Sprinkle vegetables with olive oil for better absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.
    or
brown rice mixed in half with amaranth, cooked with oil, mixed with flash-baked zucchini, steamed carrot and green beans. Sprinkle the dish with sunflower seeds and parsley.
    or
Chicken fillet fried in parchment (wrap in parchment like sugar, fry) served with boiled beetroot salad and onion.

Supper:

zucchini cream sprinkled with almond flakes
    or
    vegetable soup
    or
Natural yogurt with expanded amaranth and pumpkin seeds
    or
salad mix salad with basil vinaigrette (olive oil, lemon juice, basil), sunflower seeds and a sourdough bread sandwich with pesto
